Each Ranch & Reef piece is made to order, which means there is a brief production window before your order ships. We believe this is a worthwhile trade — nothing is overproduced, nothing is wasted, and each piece is created only when chosen.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected window, please email ranchandreef@gmail.com with your order number. We will trace the shipment with our carrier and resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are unable to reroute packages once they have shipped, and we cannot replace orders sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
