Returns & Exchanges
Each Ranch & Reef piece is made to order. We produce every item individually after purchase as a deliberate choice — it allows us to avoid the waste of overproduction and the inventory excess that defines so much of the modern fashion industry. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Nothing is destroyed at season's end. Each piece exists because someone chose it.
Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing preference, or color expectation. We ask that you take a moment with the product details, dimensions, and care information before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please email ranchandreef@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that window, production has begun and we are unable to cancel or modify the order.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out and we will trace the shipment with our carrier. Lost packages confirmed by the carrier will be replaced at no charge.
Sale Items
All sale and final-sale items are non-refundable except in the case of defect or damage.
